I cant figure out why the wallpaper is being blocked. The phone is a Moto G 2nd gen on verizon running 5.1. It was originally a pre-paid version until I talked them into adding it to the account. You can see a little bit of it on the bottom. It's the same on every screen that displays wallpaper...

I've finally installed LiquidSmooth ICS v1.5 MR2 (froze on the HTC screen a few times, had to update back to original and try again), but I have no service. I was able to connect to the net for a few minutes and then nothing. So I restored my old system and I'm back to square one. Anyone else...
