Help Shuts down then repeatedly shows startup screen
My samsung stratosphere randomly shut off today and ever since has been showing the samsumg logo signaling startup, but the shuts off again. It repeats this until the battery is taken out. Any suggestions to get my phone back on so i can restore it? HELP PLEASE- bradleyj
