For whatever reason, when I try to unlock my buddies phone on 1.58 hboot with htc-dev, it wont work. I have the unlock token and I try fastboot flash unlocktoken Unlock_token.bin but it wont work for whatever reason. Any help is appreciated. He has 2.89 firmware if that makes a difference.

Just went to the sprint store with a rooted phone... Didn't mention that it was rooted, got the screen replaced without a problem, no more ghost touching problem :D Maybe it helped that the sprint rep had the same problem with his evo 3d, but doesn't matter, they fixed it (with a rooted phone).
