Anyone else find after the latest S3 update that when you restart your phone everything now goes back to the original samsung defaults for things like keyboard and default tones etc. it's really annoying so wondered if anyone else has had this and managed to find a solution.

I'm trying to access my VPN connection through my Galaxy S3 but when trying to connect through PPTP it just seems to timeout despite being able to connect through my desktop. Anyone know if this is a bug and VPN doesn't actually work or if I need to do something specific? Any help appreciated
