Help Droid 2 global problems.
So my Droid 2 Global is stuck in a boot loop, I have tried factory reset and it wont get out of the loop. I was told I should just flash the ROM, I have everything i need but my only problem is that usb debugging isn't turned on on my phone so my computer wont recognize the phone. Is there...- bunnyduck1
