    Help missing 4.7GB

    According to the box that my S3 mini came in ,I am supposed to have 8GB. Well when I go to applications manager it is saying I only have a total of 3.3 GB . Where on earth is the other 4.7 GB ?? And how to i transfer apps to SD card ?
