    Help hang up during jelly bean installation

    can any one help me please ?? my phone tells me there is an update for your phone, it starts downloading jelly bean update, 114mb, fine ... it finishes downloading, asks me to install now or later, i select now, it starts installing, suddenly it hangs up and a logo appears with an exclamation...
