    Help Can't receive landline calls

    I have a Samsung Galaxy Ace Plus and I can't seem to be able to receive calls from landlines. It makes calls to all numbers and I don't have problems receiving calls from mobiles and Voip. I'm not sure it's a problem with the Android OS or with the network, but if anyone has any insight please...
