    Help Samsung Galaxy S3 Ringtone starts quiet

    Hi, In Samsung Galaxy S3, I put an mp3 ringtone. When someone calls me, the ringtones starts quiet for 2 seconds and then goes to the normal volume. How can I fix it? Thanks.
