First get your MSL (got mine from boost) , second dial ##diag# (##3424#) enter your msl enable diag mode.. "wait 3 or four seconds before you exit the diag screen or the phone will reboot." plug in to charge, enable mobile data, go and hit update kyocera firmware option... now someone...- mrx2632
