    Help keyboard not working

    my keyboard no longer comes up on screen i was in mid txt when my phone lost charge nd my keyboard has not come back since in any app i can only get the number pad for calls. i think it has been corrupted does anyone know how to fix or reinstall keyboard without loosing any data on my phone?
