Having a problem with voice cmd responding to different words. When taking a picture anyone nearby talking will set off my camera without me saying cheese or shoot. Is this common?

This has been bothering me for quite a bit. I know the main commands for capturing a photo are "smile" "cheese", however no matter what word I say it still takes a picture. Anyone else having a problem or is this normal?

I just updated my firmware early this morning for my SGT999V. I believe it came out just yesterday. I didn't notice much of a change except that the Green android character that pops up when your calling somebody or receiving a call has been replaced by a simple looking phone... Does anyone know...
