    Help Upgrade ICS is horrible.

    Upgrade to ICS on my incredible s now I have network issues. I have hard reset my phone and just standard reset but nothing works. Please help anyone cuase this phone might hit my wall. All i can do is text and call unless I am in a wifi area which it will let me into any type of internet site...
