Help droid 3 wont turn on
I have a droid 3 that won't turn all the way on. Sometimes I can get the motorola sign to come on & a couple I got to see the main screen. I got an external battery charger so I know the battery is charged 100%. I also tried a new battery & sim card which made no difference. I did notice...- crystalbitz
