    Call Announcer doesn't work? Help?

    I love my Mate 2, except for one big thing I miss. I cannot get any call announcer apps to work. I've tried many (6+). None of them announce who is calling or texting me. I've protected the apps and nothing seems to work. Can anyone help or is it impossible to get this feature to work on...
