Is there a way to disable Dropbox so whenever I want to load a picture, my Note will jump straight to the gallery instead of having to choose between Dropbox and gallery?

I'm trying to find confirmation that the Note 10.1 with MHL > HDMI adaptor can output 50 Hz. There are zero specs anywhere about this! Is anyone here willing and able to try it, playing a 50 Hz HD video on a PAL HDTV and seeing if it reports 50 Hz refresh or not? Thanks.
