Help skyrocket crash after jellybean update...lost all data?
I have a skyrocket and on April 14th I decided to update. I backed up my phone successfully and downloaded the update. Then tragedy happened...my phone crashed. It is caught in a reboot loop and I was able to get a replacement phone (free of charge since the update caused the crash...thanks...- girliegirl73
