Is there a way to not have to use a VPN for my ps4? The VPN is always slow and I can't download game updates without the VPN so I'm Wondering is there any way to get around having to use a vpn so I can get my full speed? Thank you!

My f6 always throws up unable to charge, and throws up high temperature error, it's usually when I'm downloading a movie or tethering. I don't know what's wrong, no one else seems to have this problem that I've talked to and I don't have multiple apps running when it gives me this error.

I was browsing around in smanager and under data/system/data there's a throttle folder I'm wondering if I could get rid of them. There's also a usagestats folder and netstats I don't know if these folders have anything to do with data throttling and monitoring but it seems intriguing.
