Help Kies firmware upgrade problem
I've been told by Kies that a new firmware is available for my GT-I9100P on Orange. After downloading the firmware update it fails and gives the message "Failed to run firmware upgrade. Unknown error occurred." Does anybody have a solution to this problem? I've tried reset the phone...- webbo69
