Hi, can anyone help? My screen turns off whilst I'm using it and then it doesn't matter how many times I swipe it to get back to what I was doing it just keeps clicking back to off! As if I've closed the case. I have to leave it 5 mins and then go back to it and it'll work again until next time...

Hi newbie here, Hoping someone can help, on Saturday I had an update arrive on my S3, downloaded it and installed and ever since I've had no sound. No key sound, no ringing, no notification, no screen swipe sound nothing. Everything else works fine, I just have no idea when someone is calling...
