hello!!!!!!!!! my friend updated her s3 and after it, she didnt get multi window? she also check above like the one where you slide your finger... oh and her carrier is wind mobile while mine is rogers, does that affect it?

when i press update, it says this.. "access to the software update service is provided to users in the order in which they request it. try later"
