    Help Rotating .mpeg4?

    Helping someone who has a dash-mounted cam that they record videos in portrait mode. Advised to use landscape and they will but have some videos they need converted as they play on their side when copied to PC. Installed vlc player for them and was able to rotate the videos 90 degrees, but...
