I recently upgraded the firmware on my 2-year old T-Mobile Galaxy S 4G to Gingerbread 2.3.6. I've been very happy with the phone, but since the firmware upgrade, I've noticed that every so often at seemingly irregular intervals, the battery seems to drain very rapidly.
