    Help Hello need help with SCH R 720

    daughter change password on phone and now not able to hard reset phone goes to Metro PC screen then on I tryed the on button and down button and return button every time it goes to the metro screen and the to on is there something I am doing wrong for hard reset any help would be greatly appreciated
