Help note 2 says I have 7 gb of downloads but it shows it is empty. Storage is full help!
Hi, My Note II says that there isnt enough space. When I checked what was taking so much space it says downloads at 7 GB but when I click on the download button it says no downloads. Now I do download movies but I always delete after watching. Could they be somewhere still in the phone?:confused:- michellederoch
