Help htc evo wont load past splash screen
my htc evo is on boost mobile. i don't know if its rooted. the phone will nt boot up and stops at the 4g screen , then starts over again. i think i need to flash a rom on it but am not sure how to go about it. \thank you . I am new to the group. Good to be around fellow android lovers- judgedread111
