    headphone icon stuck on phone

    This is my wife's phone and she let the newborn play with it for a few seconds. It looks like the head phone icon. When she makes a call she can't hear anyone and nobody can here her unless she has the earplugs in. It's like it's stuck on headphone mode. Thank you!
