Help Samsung galaxy s4 cannot dial *111
Hi i have a samsung galaxy s4 verizon sch-i545 and its rooted and its suppossed to be unlocked, but when i tried either to call my carriers help center ( mexico, telcel) *111 it says mmi code not valid and that happens with my voice mail, when i dial *86 it dials instead just a +1, normal calls...- urol007
