    Galaxy s3 having SMS reception problems.

    My Samsung Galaxy S3 is Verizon 4g LTE. When I try to send a text on the actual verizon network signal, It will pretty much only send on 3 bars. Sometimes 2 bars. If I am outside, it can send on almost any bar. Any way I can change a setting to fix this? Please and Thanks. -Caleb
