Is development for this phone dead?

so i tried to unlock the bootloader but i apparently flashed the v20B instead of v10D but also in the middle of flashing it the lg updater crashed and my computer shut off and well now i cant get my phone of s/w upgrade mode:( i tried hard reseting it but it always boots up to the s/w upgrade...

i am having trouble unlocking boot loader im not sure of how to do it can some one plz help i have seen the videos and i have gone to the links that i have seen on this forum but im confused i have tried this one[GUIDE] Root L9 ICS/JB with New Lelus method & Offline Flashing [LOCKED BL] [31-Mar]...

I REALLY NEED HELP:(I WAS TRYING TO DO THE APPS TO SD THING AND 8I COPIED AND PASTED THE 2 LINES IN THE BUILD PROP AND I REBOOTED AND EVERYTHING WAS GOING WELL UNTIL AFTER THE LG LOGO POPED UP AFTER IT FINISHED IT D8IDN'T EVEN BOOT UP ALL THE WAY BEFOR THE SCREEN WENT BLACK AND I DOESN'T PASS IT...
