    Hydro from boost is port locked??

    I read somewhere that the Hydro from boost is port locked and can't do anything. Can anyone confirm that? I have an old Sprint Sero plan and I want a flash a boost mobile Hydro phone onto the Sprint Sero plan. Is this possible? Also how reliable is this phone? Thanks.
