    Help 4.3 update unavailable! Phone still stuck on 4.1!

    When I open up kies or try to use the update option in the phones settings, it keeps telling me my phone is up to date and already has the latest version. Anyone know what is going on? Or hkw I can get the update on my phone. Thanks
