    screen problems

    So Ive had my s4 mini for just under a month now and its started to act up a bit. When I turn on the screen to unlock sometimes it doesnt list my carrier and doesnt say swipe to unlock. I cant open the phone. I have to turn off the screen and on again normally a few times before it come up...
