    Help How can you force update the Hydro to Jelly Bean 4.1.2

    does anyone know how to unlock the boot loader plus where I can download the Update file for the Hydro C5170 without using a computer?! i don't have one so I'm basically doing this all manually from my android phone!!! :-\
