    Help Settings shortcut panel disappeared

    As the title says. It just disappeared from the notification bar and I can't find anything in the setting or anything online as to how to go about getting it back. Also, those 3 little bars that clear the notifications disappeared. Any advice is most appreciated.

    Root wifi tether

    I recently rooted my lg motion. I downloaded wifi tether. It seems to only let me go on HTTPS sites. All others time out. I've also tried a bunch of other tethering programs. They all seem to do the same. Also tried a couple different DNS numbers and it just does the same thing. Really hope...
