    Help MotoX only plays one note of ringtone

    When I receive a phone call on my MotoX my phone only plays like one note of my ringtone and then stops making noise. I have changed the ringtone and tried both preloaded tones and downloaded tones. My notification tones work just fine though. Any thoughts?
