    Running Super Slow

    Hi All, new here. I find my phone is often super super slow. I have 3GB of 13Gb available. I usually use opening Settings/Apps/Running as a good test, where it's about 7secs when at its best. Sometimes can be 20-30secs. When I go into Settings/Apps/Running it shows 607MB used, 89MB available...
