    Root Installing CyanogenMod - how to re-install apps/keep data?

    I am thinking of installing CyanogenMod7 but would like to keep all my existing apps and their associated data. Is there an easy way to reinstall these apps and keep the data?

    Root Can I delete these apps?

    I rooted at the weekend and have been deleting some unwanted apps, particularly the crap demos that orange installed on my phone! There's a few left that I'm not sure if I can delete or not, does anyone know if these are safe to delete? DCSImpl.apk DCSStock.apk DCSUtility.apk Facebook.apk...
