    Help Sleep to Death

    I have brought a new Samsung galaxy Aces Duos 6802. When its Wifi is on and when it in Lock position it will automaticely switch off. It can not received call i need to switch it on by pressing the power button for 8 Sec. The service man is saying it is not covered in Warrentee. Any advice.
