    Help bootloop and can't mount help

    hi i have the bootloop probleme and when trying to wipe partition and factory data reset from recovery mode it says error can't mount /data and it reboot and stay at bootloop my phone is not rooted and i dont know anything about this PLEASE HELP!!!
