Root Zte n9510 . Nv , qcn backup/restore
guys sobemody helpme.. i need a nv or qcn from qpst to restore my phone . i cant enable data . the stock rom no works for me.. the bad nv settings still after flash the rom custom or stock and wipe.. the parameters no change... upload my qcn .. you tell me what is wrong- vljfreak

good day friends. I'm new to zte 4g lte. I'm from mexico.
