Is data recovery possible after firmware upgrade?
Hi, I had to do a firmware upgrade on my Samsung Galaxy Grand mobile after it got stuck on the Samsung logo. After firmware upgrade via Kies, now the phone is working. But I have lost all important personal data like contacts, my kid's photos, videos etc., Is it possible to recover this...- samgee
