OK here is what happened. I spilt water on my s4. Some of it got inside. I dried it out and it worked fine. But I couldn't charge it. It said "Unable too charge. Battery temperature is too low." I got a new battery and put it in. It still says temperature is too low. What do I do?

WiFi won't work on my vzw s4 in my bedroom or bathroom. It works on my laptop and even my step dad's s4 which is the exact same model as mine. So I know it isn't a problem with the router I'm currently on 4.4.2 NK1. Not rooted.
