My warranty has finally ended and I've been considering installing a custom ROM on my N1. This would be my first time modding my phone so I'd like an easy and dummy proof solution. Anyone actually receive the Gingerbread update OTA?

It looks as if everyone is manually updating their Nexus Ones but has anyone actually received the Official OTA update? When Froyo came out, I lasted all of few hours before I got impatient and manually updated my phone. Since FRF91, I've managed to control my urges and waited to receive the...

Help Where's the equals symbol on the gingerbread keyboard?

I downloaded a leaked copy of the gingerbread keyboard for my Nexus One. Since the Nexus S is currently the only phone with Gingerbread, I figured I'd come here for advice. I was typing something to a friend and I was trying to find the equals symbol (=). As far as I can tell, it doesn't...

Since the Droid 2 Global and Droid Pro are both GSM capable and have AT&T's 3G frequencies, I was wondering if anyone has managed to get past the software block that is preventing unlocked D2Gs and Droid Pros from working in the US on AT&T's network?

Is the lack of an SD card slot In the Nexus S a deal breaker?

Although I'm not exactly impressed by the specs on the Nexus S, it does appear to be a really nice phone. Why isn't the Nexus S pentaband?

If Google is going to bypass the carriers by selling the Nexus S through Best Buy, why doesn't it include 3G frequencies that cover both GSM carriers in the US, as well as Europe and Asia for international travel. Google made the same mistake with the Nexus One, so they had to manufacture...
