    Note 3 missing pics

    I have a Note 3 that got ran over and I had pics on it and a SD card... The SD card has most of my pics but I'm missing all the pics I made/moved into new folders in the Gallery. The phone does not power up either. Is there any way of getting these pictures off this phone before sending it back...

    Note 2 wont dowload music

    I have my almost new Note 2 I just hooked it up for my girlfriend and after completely wiping it out and doing a factory reset the phone works great! Only problem is when you go to the Play Store and download any mp3 music downloader it downloads the app like it should, but on anyone you use...
