    YT plays 60fps in facebook but not chrome

    So i've noticed that if i lauch YT in the Facebook in app browser, 60fps videos play at a gorgeous 60fps. However, this isn't the case in chrome and the vids refuse to play at 60fps. I thought chrome was the first browser to support this, or is that just the desktop version?
