    Root rooting my sprint lg g2 after update

    My g2 updated last week and now I keep getting a message that it needs rooted. I don't know where to start and the phone is running terribly! HELP PLEASE! I am illiterate when it comes to all this so as simple and yet specific as possible. Thanks!
