    Root Alcatel OneTouch Idol X

    Is anyone willing to help me root my Alcatel OT idol x 6040a? I've searched the internet high and low for successful rooting methods for my phone to no avail. I'm good with computers so if you've got little patience for teaching, i won't put up a fuss.
