Root Help 10g update...bricked

Help with LG Backup
Sooo...I have an LG Volt on Boost Mobile and i just flashed Candy Rom 3.2. Before I flashed I made a backup of my contacts, apps, ect with lg backup...does anyone know how I can restore them? I can't find a working lg backup program anywhere. Or maybe a way to extract or convert the .lbf...- fnf419
