    Help Powering On Problem. Help!

    When i put my phone to charge it shows that it has full battery but has the red notification light. I press and hold the power button and starts to turn on, it gets passed the name of the phone, the brand of the phone, the carrier of the phone, then once it gets passed the blue oval circling...
